People of a bygone age rode the yellow cranes① and flew away.
Today， the Yellow Crane Tower here is only a name.
The yellow cranes， once more， were gone forever.
Millenniums② of white clouds have drifted③ idly by.
The trees on Hanyang side stood out in the sun.
The grass on Parrot Shoal had grown abundant
At dust I asked myself which way was home.
The misty waves on the River made me groan.
