Using sunscreens
It is one of the most important ways to protect your from the strong sunlight. You’d better use sunscreen 15 to 30 min. before going outside. Wearing sunglasses
Sunglasses can help you prevent your eyes from sunlight’s damage. When you buy sunglasses, you’d better check whether they can protect you from the two kinds of rays, UVA and UVB.The ideal sunglasses are those that can block 99 to 100 percent of the UVA and UVB radiation. You need not concern yourself about how dark② the glasses are, because the UV protection comes from an invisible chemical applied to the lenses, not from the color of the lenses. Otherwise, the large-framed wraparound sunglasses are better because they can protect your eyes from sunlight coming from all angles.
Wearing hats
The ideal sun hat has at least 3-inch brim③ allaround because it can protect the skin exposed to the sun such as the neck, ears and eyes.
Covering-up
Every time when you go out, you’d better put on a light, loose and long-sleeve shirt, pant or long skirt if possible. Most of the materials and colors of clothing can absorb④ or reflect⑤ UV-rays.

如果有条件的话,每次出门最好穿上浅色宽松长袖衫、长裤或者长裙。因为大多数布料的材料和颜色都能很好的吸收或反射紫外线。
