There are mainly two possible reasons that account for these rapid changes.Firstly，the government has been forwarding the housing privatization.These programs have proved to be very important in developing China‘s economy.Secondly，withthe development of people’s living standard，more and more families have enough fnancial backup to buy more comfortable houses for their own and they want to have their own houses to satisfy their needs.These two factors have great influence the changes in the ownership of houses.
The change has enabled more people to enjoy larger living space.At the same time，people feel pressure to make more money so that they can buy their own houses.In my opinion，individuals have their own houses which are their own properties，and they can use their own properties freely.
