在职场，我们每天都可能少不了要发送或收到各种邮件，那如何写好一封邮件呢？下面介绍一些方法。
主题：一般是概括邮件内容中最想传达的意思，之后还要附上公司名和自己的名字。
回复：回复时，应该对原邮件主题进行改写。但并不删除原邮件主题，而是在后面加上自己回信的主题，另外，出现对方名字的时候，一定要加“先生”或“小姐”等尊称。
邮箱地址通讯录：是管理信箱地址的好工具，可以对不同人的电子邮箱进行分类，工作起来非常方便。但有的时候容易出现误操作，比如群发邮件的时候，容易发给不必要的人，所以要特别注意。
CC和BCC：CC是Carbon Copy的缩写，即“抄送”之意，BCC是Blind Carbon Copy的缩写，即“密送”之意。都是同一内容的邮件同时发给对人时使用的。抄送时，收件人可以看到所有收到该邮件的人的信箱地址。不想让收件人看到其他收件人信箱地址的时候，就用密送。
邮件的末尾应该写清楚发信人姓名、公司名、地址、电话号码、传真号码、公司URL。当对方想给我们打电话、发传真、快递文件的时候，就不用专门去找了，我们的电子邮件里就有详细的联系信息。
添加附件：当添加的附件是照片、图片的时候，我们要考虑对方电脑的硬盘容量和系统类型。必须确认对方的电脑可以读取哪种格式的文件，即使是office文件，如果对方软件版本与我们不同的话，有的时候也会出现乱码现象。另外，对于图像文件，在对方对图像质量要求不高的情况下，我们可以适当调小图像的像素，使文件更小，更容易接收。
