Guidance for Reciting We never know the love of the parents until we become parents ourselves.
I f you mess up，it's not your parents'fault，so don't whine about your mistakes，and learn from them.
Before you were born，your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills，cleaning your clothes and listening to your talk about how cool you are. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parents'generation，try“delousing”the closet in your own room.

俗话说得好，“不养儿不知父母恩”。
如果你一事无成，不是你父母的错，所以不要只会对自己犯的错发牢骚，而要从错误中去学习。
在你出生之前，你的父母并不像现在这般乏味。他们变成今天这个样子是因为这些年来一直为你付账单，给你洗衣服，听你吹嘘你有多了不起。所以，在你拯救被父母这代人破坏的热带雨林之前，还是先去打扫一下你自己的房间吧。

save在文中是动词“拯救，挽救”的意思。在英语中它还可用作：
1.动词，“节约，节省”。如，“A penny saved is a penny earned”（省一分就等于赚一分）。
2.介词，“除了”。有save that（正式用语）和save for两种形式。例如：a. We know nothing about him save that he was in the army during the war.（我们除了知道他战时曾在陆军服务外，其他一无所知。）b. The screen was all dark save for one bright spot.除一个光点外，屏幕上一片黑暗。
