Guidance for Reciting
Growth and change are the law of all life. Yesterday's answers are inadequate for today's problems―just as the solutions of today will not fill the needs of tomorrow.
Change is the only absolute in the world，
the only thing that you can depend on.
Nothing stays the same.
Tomorrow will come，
bringing with it new beginnings
and sometimes unexpected endings.
You can hold on to the past
and get left in the dust；
or，you can choose to jump on the ride of life
and live a new adventure
with perseverance and an open mind.

曾以为做事情变化无常不是什么大问题，很情绪化，但后来才意识到这种反复无常会给别人带来很多不便，并削弱自己的信任度。所以，奉劝大家尽量不要做这种善变的人。“变化无常”可表示为“chop and change”，如：After six months of chopping and changing，（变来变去，折腾了六个月后……）
