2.Sole Agency 独家代理

Sole agency is an agreement to be the only person torepresent a company or to sell a product in a particular area.

独家代理是在指定区域由某方代表公司销售特定产品的协议。

3. Commission Agency 佣金代理

Commission Agency refers to the agent in the same area,time and period, and there maybe several agents are on behalfof the principal agent. Commission agent collects fees basingon the actual turnover and according to the commission rate inthe agreement.

佣金代理是指在同一代理地区、时间及期限内,同时有几个代理人代表委托人行为的代理。佣金代理根据推销商品的实际金额和根据协议规定的办法和百分率向委托人计收佣金。
