调薪制度
面对频频上涨的物价，薪水的变化时刻牵动着人的神经。不过在一家合资电梯企业工作的小韦看来，这并不稀奇，“我们每年都会加薪，今年每个月加了400元。”小韦说，他此前还在一家外资通信设备制造企业工作过，每年也都会加薪一次，每次的幅度在10%左右。小韦说，自己在外企工作的同学基本上每年会加薪一次。不过有些岗位例外，比如销售，这类岗位都是和业绩直接挂钩的，收入主要来自提成。除非岗位级别有上升，底薪都是不变的。
目前，调薪制度在一些外企和大型国企中比较完善，企业会综合内外部因素计算出一个合理的调薪比例。记者调查发现，一般企业在春节后会根据上一年度的绩效评估做一次薪资调整，也有的企业在年中，调薪的参考依据主要是企业效益、员工工作业绩、职位等级、市场水平、本企业服务年限、CPI等因素。但并不是说，每个人每过一年都能自动享受到一次加薪。企业会根据自己的薪酬理念来调整。如日资企业，年资长就会加薪，但美资企业一般都会以能力为导向来核算薪酬。一家外资公司的HR说：“每年所有的员工都会统一调高5%，一些员工在调高5%的基础上还会根据良好的业绩表现增加更多。这样就兼顾了效率与公平，不过这种策略是需要强大的预算作支持的。”
