“在企业，加班是很正常的，企业追求的就是利益最大化，连我自己都很少晚上10点以前结束工作，当然也希望我的员工如此。”南京某私营企业的一位老板直言不讳地说，一个员工自愿加班，会让他感到员工的敬业。而那些不“敬业”的员工，就会成为他首先考虑的淘汰对象，他并不害怕没有人接替，因为现在“想找工作的人多了去了”。
“我都分不清楚每天的加班是自愿还是被逼无奈。”在某省级机关办公室工作的公务员王女士说。
加班费？不能充饥的“画饼”！
在《劳动法》中，关于在加班补偿方面的相关规定是：“在日标准工作时间以外延长工作时间的，应按照不低于小时工资基数的150%支付加班工资；在休息日工作的，应当安排其同等时间的补休，不能安排补休的，按照不低于日或者小时工资基数的200%支付加班工资；在法定节假日工作的，应当按照不低于日或者小时工资基数的300%支付加班工资。”
然而，绝大部分“加班族”表示，除了法定节假日外，平时的加班根本领不到加班费。现在人力资源市场上“僧多粥少”，你不加班有人加，再不情愿，毕竟加班是小事，饭碗才是大事。诸多因素导致8小时工作制渐渐成了摆设，而加班费也成了不能充饥的“画饼”。
