春城无处不飞花,寒食东风御柳斜。
日暮汉宫传蜡烛,轻烟散入五侯家。

Everywhere in the spring city, catkins were seen to fly;
East wind on Cold Food Day made royal willows aslant lie.
At dusk, in the Han Palace were passed round wax candles bright;
Then in the five marquises’ mansions scattered their smoke light.
