禁门宫树月痕过，媚眼惟看宿鹭窠。
斜拔玉钗灯影畔，剔开红焰救飞蛾。

Across the doors and trees of the palace the moonshine creeps；
Only towards the egret nest her enchanting eyes she keeps.
Then plucking her jade hair-pin， to the candle she comes forth
And brushes aside the red flame to save the flying moth.
