附录也称"Addendum"， "Annex" 或 "Exhibit"，也有用 "Attachment"， "List" 或 "Table" 表示的。附录部分作为对正文条款的补充，不是所有英语合同都有这一项。以下就是一份聘用协议的附录，对该公司聘用的经理职责作出补充说明：
