这是一组由三幢26—32层和一幢2层办公楼组成的建筑群。三幢高楼中,由于中间的一幢在方位上的变化,因此从各个不同角度看去也随之改变,给人以整体感和富于变化的印象。高楼柱体削去四个棱角变成了八角形柱体,显得柔和与简洁。窗户镶嵌双层反射玻璃(穿透率为14%),窗间上下部分装修瓷砖,银色与蓝褐色对比,使建筑群格外秀丽。
美国洛杉矶好运饭店
饭店建在洛杉矶邦克希尔区。它的下部是一个五层高的矩形大基座,上面矗立着一簇圆塔,中央塔楼高37层,四角上的高30层。采取这种圆塔的形式并非毫无根据,因为洛杉矶的这个地区相当杂乱,圆形是能够和这个城市环境较好协调起来的一种形式。另外,设计者还认为,圆形有助于创造丰富多变的室内空间和室外体形。塔的外墙用青铜色镜面玻璃映现出周围的景物,并在阳光照射下发出耀眼的闪光,成了这个地区引人注意的中心。

科威特驻华盛顿办公处
科威特驻美国大使办事处位于华盛顿新使馆区“国际中心”中,占地半英亩,地下二层,地上三层(地上高度被限制在48英尺以下)。人们从地面上看到的,是一个由白色不锈钢和灰绿色镜面玻璃组成的立方体,其首层被挖去一角,安排了主要出入口。部分办公室以及会议室、厨房和各种辅助用房安排在地下。
客厅,是这个立方体建筑的核心,高三层,是一个多棱体空间,焕射着宝石似的五光十色的光彩。光线透过复杂而精细的图案,令整个客厅显得华丽璀璨。

底特律商业区被高速公路和城市道路所切割,对步行者十分不便。新的步行桥系统把一座大型体育馆(竞技馆)和一幢汽车停车楼联系在一起。它的规划、设计受到地段形状、原有地面交通、建筑物和各种地下设施的严格限制。
步行桥整体呈y字型,与体育馆、停车楼都斜接。东西向步行桥截面圆形,南北向步行桥截面为矩形。两者相接处之平面关系。体育馆三年前建成,有20250个座位。停车楼长650英尺,可停车3000辆。它的正面有三个竖井,还有一条水平通路与步行桥直接联系。竖井及通道都用玻璃做外墙。
