I wander’d lonely as a cloud
That floats on hight o’er vales and hills,
When all the once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils①;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering② and dancing in the breeze.
Continuous as the stars that shine,
And twinkle on the milky way,
They stretch’d in never-ending line
Along the margin of a bay;
Ten thousand saw I at a glance
Tossing their heads in springtly dance③.
The waves beside them danced, but they
Out-did④ the sparking waves in glee⑤;
A poet could not but be gay
In such a jocund company⑥!
I grazed and grazed—but little thought
What wealth the show to me had brought;
For oft⑦, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive⑧ mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude⑨;
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils.

高高地飘游在山谷之上;
是金色的水仙遍地开放;
像群星在闪烁一片晶莹;
通向远方仿佛无穷无尽;
却不如这水仙舞得轻俏;
感到百无聊赖心灵空漠;
多少次安慰过我的寂寞;
