The Emperor of Russia was once at a gathering in Paris when a collection was made for the poor.A very pretty French girl went to the Emperor and asked for a donation.He pulled out a twenty franc piece and said with a smile，“Voila，Mademoiselle，that is for your beautiful eyes.”The girl bowed and still held out her hand.
