Ueno:There're nigirizushi,makizushi,inarizushi,chirashi-zushi. My favorite sushi is Futomaki.It belongs to the type of makizushi.Futomaki is a large roll piece,usually with nori outside,and cucumber strips and tiny fish roe or chopped tuna for fillings.

Frank:Oh,wow!It sounds delicious.

Ueno:Yeah,it's great.

Frank:How much do they cost?

Ueno:Well,it's 130 yen for one plate. They're very cheep in Japan.

Frank:Yes,they are.

Sushi is vinegar rice topped with other ingredients,such as fish and meat. The variety in sushi arises from the different fillings and toppings,condiments,and the way these ingredients are put together.Combined with hand-formed clumps of rice,it is called nigirizushi.Sushi served rolled inside or around nori,while dried and pressed sheet layers of seaweed or nori is makizushi.Toppings stuffed into a small pouch of fried tofu is inarizushi.Toppings served scattered over a bowl of sushi rice is called chirashi-zushi.
