1.Washing it once a week is good for its health.

①once a week， twice a day 等是表示动作频率的短语，对这类短语划线提问时用how often （多久一次）。另外，how often还可以对sometimes， usually， always等频度副词，every other day（每隔一天），every four years等表示动作频率的短语进行提问。例如：
